The reason behind this is that its characteristics or features align with the nature of the manufacturing business of the firm as it also deals with warehouses.

Thus, it can be recommended that the particular firm Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Limited should implement the multiple facility location method. Moreover, in details, it can be said that the specified firm should incorporate the heuristic methods for better logistics and operation management. In addition, this method will help the corporation in understanding the nature of the trade-offs of the costs through the help of graphical location. Furthermore, the company will be able to trade-off the fixed costs, storage and inventory of the firm directly with both outbound and inbound transportation expenses.
