In addition to that, the company focuses on expansion of business and expanding the business and tend to earn profit from creativity and development of technologies for changing Trends (Bartlett and Ghoshal, 2015). The Company focused on fast-paced revolution of technologies that provides necessary impact on global market. On the other hand, company also focuses on creating unique features and planning for development of strategy that creates revolution among changing market of elevators, escalators and provides necessary modifications of changing trends (Chew et al. 2016).

The company generates electrical and energy systems that is turbine generators and hydraulic turbines, transformers and power electronics apparatus in order to capture the market gap.

The company also introduced variable innovations including information technology that helps in providing wire and wireless communications for customer’s reliability and this helps in compete with market. Apart from that, company also develops new apparatus related to home appliances in order to create diversification of products and creates attention of customers in changing market (Daspit et al. 2017).

On the other hand, company also aims on offering of customers understanding and fulfilling their needs and satisfy them with their products (Girard and Girard, 2015). Company also targets on innovative solutions and maintenance in order to provide modernisation in their products.

Based on the opinion of Collie et al. (2016), it can be clearly said that production of modernized elevator is the main issue of the company. It can be said that for lack of upgraded version of elevator the company cannot able to take a part in competition with existing companies in Australian market. Maintenance as well as installation is the most important challenges that are faced by Otis, the elevator company in Australia. Both the time and money taken for installation of elevator is more in Otis rather than the other existing private elevator company in Australian market (Rao and Tilt 2016). Due to this high installation and maintenance charge, this company cannot be able to enhance their market share in Australian market. Rising of operational cost is the main factor for that the company cannot be able to share their market. In addition to the opinion of Girard and Girard Power, failure is one of the severe issues related to elevator. As per the opinion of Karadag (2015), it can be said that overheating in the elevator is one of the severe issue of Otis, the elevator company in Australia.  This company, in Australia is less effective in order to recover this issue regarding elevator. Moreover, due to this issue Otis faces so many difficulties. The elevator company cannot be able to reduce the contamination problem in their elevator. Apart from this, most of the production of this company has noisy bearings that are a serious issue and for that, the company faces challenges. It can be said that the elevator manufacturer by the company has misaligned motor drive, this one of the factor that has a bad impact on the business growth of Otis, Elevator Company. Furthermore, worn sheave is one of the main issue that faced by this company. A lot of work can be done for this drawbacks and this will help them a lot. The major issues should be monitored so as to be an essential part in the long run. The authorities should hold a good control over the entire mechanism. It is really sustainable to maintain the quality, so that the benefit comes from both the side (Rao and Tilt, 2016).  ). The issues should have good control along with potential solution. Each solution should have a benefit of doubt so that the steps should be clear to the common people. Demonstration should be an essential part from company’s end. Each view and its corrections should be described in company’s file.

The drastic changes of temperature are measured by infrared thermograph, besides it can be able to identify possible trouble spot. In order to reduce the contamination problems in their elevator, they should have to analyze oil as well as lubricants. In addition to this, inductive absorber should have to use in order to get recovery from noisy bearing in their production. Installation charge and maintenance charge should be reduced for further development of this company. To bring out the best it is always important to throw light on the positive virtues. It should be the sole responsibilities of the managing board to find out every step of solution along with sincere dedication and efforts.
