On the other hand, Blackmore’s is one of the leading natural health firms operating its business processes throughout different market segments of Australia. The CSR rating help in evaluating the desired position of the firm as compared with the competitors present throughout the concerned market areas. The passion is what Blackmore says all of the employees to have for the development of the business processes in return to provide the benefits to the firm along with the consumers (Blackmores.com.au, 2016). This research paper will highlight the different factors which affect the business processes of these two companies moreover it presents a comparison between the vision statement and t values of these two firms.
