Choose a service that is provided. You can choose any health care service. I am expanding this scope so you are not limited only to screening. So you could talk about nutritional consulting, personal fitness training sessions, or other healthcare services, etc. You can be creative.

Make sure to assign percentages to each of the categories so that you know where the most referrals are obtained from. If this information is not available, you can use your best judgement and hypothetically list where the most referrals come from in percentage and explain this in your paper.

You can use the thought process you undergo for this assignment in your final team paper. We are most interested in your understanding why you would create a business sourcing map so ensure that this is conveyed in your submission this week for your individual assignment.

The aforementioned map depicts the business souruces in its home health care service department. CVS is one of the largest health care service providers in USA. The home health care service has been addressing the countries patients in different ways thus increasing total number of customers for the health care organisations (CVS Home Health Agency, 2017).  The above drawn map depicts the exact amount of business sources and referrals that bring huge amount of customers to CVS. The referrals have been segmented into 3 parts as per their contribution.  10% of the total referrals are the serving nurses who take care of the patients during health home service. 60% of the total referrals are customers who have already received services from CVS. Hence they are the self referrals.  Rest 30% referrals are the visiting doctors to the patients’ home and the surgeons called for emergency cases.
