The company “Yehia Sushail & Bros Co.” is one of the retail companies of Yemen. The company was established in the year 1969 by the distributor of products as well as commodities. It generally started as one of the small retail shop and now the business of the company is expanding and therefore numbers of branches have opened in different place which generally surrounds market cities as well as areas for appropriate distribution and marketing of products. In addition to this, it is identified that the company also expanded its investment in other fields including exchange of foreign money, real estate investment and more.
It is identified that as the company is expanding andnumber of branches of the company has opened in different places, it’s become quite difficult for the higher authorities to handle all the branches of the company properly at one time. They are not able to access the data properly and as a result they have to visit every branch in order to collect information. In order to resolve this problem, the higher authority of the organization wants to develop cloud based ERP so that an individual can easily access the data of different branches at one time irrespective of time and place. In addition to this, development of cloud based ERP helps in enhancing flexibility, scalability, support as well as assists in enhancing security.
The objectives of the project are as follows:

- To resolve the issues that the company is facing
- To handle the entire operation of the company effectively
The main goal of the company “Yehia Sushail & Bros Co” is to develop cloud based ERP system within the organization in order to resolve the issues that the higher authorities of the company facing in managing all the branches of the company effectively.
