Through the study it has been found that the main point of managing the ibventory is the evaluate the right level of the stock which must be in the warehouse at all the time, according to the operations and activities of the company, the company is required to manage the LIFO system so that the loss of inventory of the company could be reduced and further, the company is required to look over the other players strategies and make a policy according to that so that the assistance could be got.
