Make a project proposal and plan based on a case study. Its an individual work for me because of no group members.
The proposal and plan will include sections for project description, project scope, objectives and constraints, statement of work, team members, responsibilities and responsibility matrix, work breakdown structure, project schedule, risk assessment and plan, and quality plan.
Highlights the importance of new systems and the process of implementation of the project using tools of project management. Based on this, project scope, WBC, risk and quality assessment.
Dairy Farm Group of Companies has incurred losses in the current year due to lack of any decision-making system. This is the reason why, it is suggested that the organization needs to implement an effective MIS system in order to recover from the losses. This will also give them a competitive edge in the future. This project proposal will evaluate the project scope, work break-down structure (WBS), quality, risk assessment and time frame required for the project.
The organization Dairy Farm Group of Companies has suffered huge losses due to poor implementation information system and ICT tools within their system. Due to this reason, it is of great essence for the firm to re-invent their need for MIS and implement it effectively. However, the process of implementation will be done as per the requirements of their entire stakeholders. This report will highlight the objectives, constraints, work break-down structure and risk assessment plan for the given project.

In case of every project, quality assessment plays an important role. In the given project, the quality assessment will be done based on several objects. A proper 360 degree feedback will be taken in order to assess the success of this project. Apart from this, a risk control template will be prepared to assess the nature of quality of the given project.
