Communication Issues In Dental Care Essay.

Analysis of the problem/issues

While examining the case study where we have seen that a patient had walked into the dentist’s office without taking any appointment as she was suffering with intense pain. Her problem was that she was from Switzerland but could only speak in Italian which could stop her from understanding what the dentist tried to convey (Ahmad, 2016). The dentist didn’t want to pull out her tooth but she hardly understood what she said and simply made relevant changes which are considered to be there. Later she left the office and after few days her cousin whom she visited received a mail regarding the payment. The amount was huge and she had only come to visit and didn’t realize that this much money would be charged. So, this report will examine the issues in communication faced by her and how effective strategies can be applied in managing this kind of issues well in the future.

The main problem was miscommunication in understanding what the dentist wanted to say but she failed to understand as she could only speak and understand Italian language. The most important problem in this case was that they missed out on information with each other and no written or detailed information was being presented to her before pulling off her tooth that made her understand that these aspects are considered to be needed and making sure that they are being well acknowledged in this aspect (Coffelt, Baker & Corey, 2016). To have proper language skills is important but in, this case, they hardly knew how to speak in Italian which made the communication gap between the two and created the problem. Many of the issues were also being highlighted where the billing process was not being shown to her initially and later her cousin received an unfavourable amount which she refused to pay but later had to pay because she had taken that particular service. The oral as well as written aspects are said to be given at first so that they do not face much problems and make huge collections which are needed in the company as well as in dealing with the ideas which are considered to be appropriate and also in making relevant changes that are considered to be there and hence making it possible to understand the areas in an appropriate way which is said to be possible (Badrov & Jurkovi?, 2017). Her tooth pain also played the role of interfering the aspects of her understandings and how she managed to work on these difficulties to work on the ideas in an appropriate way that is said to be possible. Most importantly there are several aspects which created a barrier for her to understand the situation and make necessary changes as per the ideas and also in making new connections that are said to be developed in the process of communication (Muste, 2016). There is a sense of idea which needs to be solved in order to reconsider the thinking and how these problems tend to be solved in terms of improving on the communication techniques which are said to be there. The physical distractions which, was, the immense pain that was being faced by her was said to be developed in the situation that was also considered to be huge problem in terms of understanding the knowledge and making sure that these are being well managed in situation in which it has occurred. There are several aspects to this problem and one such issue was to overcome the pain which led her to remove the ideas and make better concepts possible. She made her decision without even understanding what they wanted to convey and making issues that were said to be developed in the country.

Recommendations of effective solutions

As per my suggestions I would suggest the patient as well as the dentist to understand the aspects well and also in considering new changes which are said to be present and also in making different ideas in terms of understanding the techniques and making it work so that most of the problems are being analyse in the project and thus there are no issues which make them understand the ideas as per the changes. To ask about what she exactly needs and examine the process as well as informing her that this much amount is being needed in order to get rid of the pain which she had been facing. To listen carefully and understanding what the problem is without making new changes which are said to be there and most importantly there are better ideas which needs to be there and writing them in a proper way so that it could help in analysing it in an appropriate which needs to be there. The most important aspect is to know more about the ideas and even in dealing with the changes which makes them analyse areas that are said to be developed in making new changes as per making the best recommendations as per knowing the proper feedbacks which are considered to be important. There are certain aspects as per dealing with giving the feedback which are said to be there and the number is said to be needed in order to get the best results that are appropriate. The written aspects are said to be there so that proper information is being provided without any kind of issues which are said to be arising int the situation and how these can be solved so that better aspects are being evaluated in terms of accepting the ideas and making sure these are said to be dealt in an appropriate way which is considered to be possible so that the issues are being resolved in an appropriate way that needs to be solved. The written questions should be given so that maximum number of ideas are being analysed and there are no issues relating to the changes that are said to be there and even making new changes which are considered to provide valuable solutions.

The recommended ethical situations relating to this case is to have proper information and persuade in promoting the goodwill which needs to be there so that most of them tend to have appropriate details in making sure that there is an effective communication which needs to be there (Hargie, Dickson & Tourish, 2017). By using the grapevine productively without even respecting the employees to understand what they actually want to understand and how they tend to manage in an appropriate way which needs to be developed in dealing with the challenges that are said to be considered in order to make better changes and even in dealing with the ideas in an appropriate way which is considered to be there. To make prompts in correcting the misinformation that is being circulated and how these are being managed in the company in order to develop the ideas in an appropriate way which is considered to be possible. By taking helps of the digital media allows in translating the information and then taking any actions based on the knowledge that is supposed to be there and even making new changes which are said to be appropriate as well as in dealing with proper channels. To have the basic knowing about the conventional standards of presenting the right as well as wrong aspects of any information. It must even prescribe to understand what people want to do and how these benefits of the society are being needed in dealing with the responsibilities in a proper way that is considered to be expected by following a specific law that needs to benefit the society in order to know the better aspects. To consider the ethical questions and even understanding whether they are right or wrong and that the desired decision is all the more necessary to take or not must be there so that most of them tend to analyse the situations and even in making better ideas which are needed to be there in solving the areas and even in considering the factors that advices valuable solutions which are appropriate.

Conclusion

Therefore, it can be concluded that having a proper communication is important to carry any situation and to solve such an issue that has been arose in the relevant case study which has been provided. In having proper alternatives which will give proper approval before taking any decisions and also in making new changes as per their approval which needs to be there so that most of them tend to take up the solution and perform better in the company so that that none of them believe that these are miscommunicated in this field and even ensures that these are being managed well in any situation. There are certain approvals which will make new changes as per the ideas in dealing with the new ideas as per the changes and even dealing with the new ideas which are considered to be appropriate in the given aspects in dealing with such important aspects of communication.
